Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2025
1. Our Commitment to Privacy
At FractureVPN, we prioritize your privacy with our "No Logs, No Limits, Just Privacy" ethos. As a decentralized, sharded VPN, we do not collect or store personal data that could identify you, such as browsing history, IP addresses, or connection logs.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to operate our service and airdrop program:
- Wallet Addresses: For airdrop participation, we collect your Ethereum wallet address (on Arbitrum One) to process staking (0.01 ETH) and distribute 1,000 $FVPN. This is stored on the blockchain, which is public.
- Transaction Data: Blockchain transactions (e.g., staking 0.01 ETH, receiving $FVPN) are recorded on Arbitrum One and are publicly verifiable.
- No VPN Logs: We do not log your VPN activity, including websites visited, files downloaded, or connection timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your wallet address is used solely to:
- Facilitate the airdrop (staking and $FVPN distribution).
- Verify compliance with our Terms of Use.
- Enable payment processing for Pro (100 $FVPN) or Ultimate (500 $FVPN) tiers.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law.
4. Blockchain and Public Data
FractureVPN uses Arbitrum One, a public blockchain. Your wallet address and transactions (e.g., staking 0.01 ETH, receiving $FVPN) are visible on the blockchain and can be viewed by anyone via explorers like Arbiscan. This is inherent to blockchain technology and not controlled by FractureVPN.
5. Security Measures
We use industry-leading security practices:
- Sharded encryption (3–7 shards depending on your tier: Free, Pro, or Ultimate) for VPN traffic.
- Secure smart contracts audited for safety.
- No centralized storage of user activity.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Opt out of the airdrop by not staking.
- Use a new wallet address for anonymity.
- Contact us at support@fracturevpn.com to inquire about your data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with the "Last updated" date revised.
